DeepTrust Zoom Documentation

Guide for users on adding, using, and removing the DeepTrust VoxGuard Zoom app.

App Version: v0.1

Disclaimer: VoxGuard is currently running closed security enterprise cohorts and is not publicly available. Please contact [email protected] if you have any interest in protecting your business VoIP calls from social engineering.

Adding the app

For this current version, the app is mostly a web app in which you submit your call link and a DeepTrust bot joins the call. Adding the app from the marketplace simply gives the bot permission to join your calls. Please contact [email protected] for any troubleshooting.

  1. Visit the DeepTrust VoxGuard Zoom marketplace page and click “Add for others” to give DeepTrust permission to join you and your organizations’ calls.
    1. If you are not an admin of the organization, you may click “Add for myself”, but this will restrict the bot to only join calls that you host.
  2. Once in a call, copy the invite link of the call.
    1. Make sure the password is in the invite link. If you are unsure, please follow these instructions from Zoom to make sure your password is embedded into your invite links by default.
  3. Visit deeptrust.bot and submit the invite link. You will be redirected to the session dashboard for that call.
    1. The session dashboard will show information about the transcription of the call and the speakers. Further details will be provided later in the document.
  4. After a few moments, a bot will join the call, and in order for any of the voice analysis to start, the bot must be given permission to record the call. The consent prompt to allow this will show up to users once the bot joins the call.
  5. Proceed with your call as usual, it is now protect from social engineering and fraud via deepfakes
